あつまりノートの使い方と、よくある質問です。
使い方
- イベントの名前と候補日を入れて「つくる」を押します。
- できたリンクを、LINE やメールで家族やサークルの人に送ります。
- みんなが ○△× で答えると、いちばん都合のよい日がひと目で分かります。幹事が日程を決めます。
ほかのスマホやパソコンで幹事として編集したい
- イベントの画面の「幹事の方はこちら（暗証番号で編集する）」から、つくったときに決めた4桁の暗証番号を入れてください。
- 5回まちがえると、30分は試せなくなります。
- 暗証番号の無い古いイベントは、つくった端末で「幹事用のリンク」をコピーして開いてください。
暗証番号を忘れた
- 暗証番号は元に戻せない形で保存しているので、お知らせできません。つくった端末で開けば、編集画面から新しい番号に変えられます。
イベントはいつ消えますか
- 日程が決まったイベントは、決まった日から21日後に自動で消えます。決まるまでは消えません。幹事はいつでも削除できます。
アカウントは必要ですか
- いりません。メールアドレスの登録もありません。
通知が届かない
- アプリでは、イベントごとに「通知」をオンにした人にだけ届きます。端末の設定で、あつまりノートの通知が許可されているか確かめてください。
PHPの脆弱性について（2026年10月）
- 2026年10月に公表されたPHPの重大な脆弱性（CVE-2026-109618、CVE-2026-109619）について：あつまりノートはPHPを使っていないため、影響はありません。

How to use
- Enter an event name and date options, then tap "Create".
- Send the link to your family or group via LINE, email or any chat app.
- When everyone answers with ○△×, you can see the best day at a glance. The organizer chooses the date.
Editing as the organizer on another phone or computer
- On the event page, tap "Organizer? Edit with your PIN" and enter the 4-digit PIN you set when creating it.
- After 5 wrong tries, you have to wait 30 minutes.
- For older events without a PIN, copy the "organizer link" on the device you created it with.
I forgot my PIN
- We store the PIN only in a form that cannot be turned back, so we cannot tell you. On the device you created the event with, you can set a new PIN from the edit screen.
When are events deleted?
- Once a date is chosen, the event is deleted automatically 21 days after that date. Until then it is kept. The organizer can delete it any time.
Do I need an account?
- No. No email address is needed either.
I don't get notifications
- In the app, notifications go only to people who turned on "Notifications" for that event. Please check that notifications for Atsumari Note are allowed in your device settings.
PHP vulnerabilities (October 2026)
- Regarding the critical PHP vulnerabilities announced in October 2026 (CVE-2026-109618, CVE-2026-109619): Atsumari Note does not use PHP, so it is not affected.

Cách dùng
- Nhập tên sự kiện và các ngày dự kiến rồi chạm "Tạo".
- Gửi link cho gia đình hoặc nhóm qua LINE, Zalo, email…
- Khi mọi người trả lời ○△×, bạn thấy ngay ngày phù hợp nhất. Người tổ chức sẽ chốt ngày.
Sửa với vai trò người tổ chức trên máy khác
- Trên trang sự kiện, chạm "Người tổ chức? Sửa bằng mã PIN" và nhập mã PIN 4 chữ số đã đặt khi tạo.
- Sai 5 lần thì phải đợi 30 phút.
- Với sự kiện cũ không có mã PIN, hãy sao chép "link người tổ chức" trên máy đã tạo.
Tôi quên mã PIN
- Mã PIN được lưu ở dạng không thể khôi phục nên chúng tôi không thể cho bạn biết. Trên máy đã tạo sự kiện, bạn có thể đặt mã mới trong màn hình sửa.
Khi nào sự kiện bị xoá?
- Khi đã chốt ngày, sự kiện tự động bị xoá sau 21 ngày kể từ ngày đó. Trước khi chốt thì không bị xoá. Người tổ chức có thể xoá bất cứ lúc nào.
Có cần tài khoản không?
- Không cần. Cũng không cần email.
Tôi không nhận được thông báo
- Trong ứng dụng, thông báo chỉ gửi cho người đã bật "Thông báo" cho sự kiện đó. Hãy kiểm tra cài đặt thông báo của Atsumari Note trên máy.
Lỗ hổng PHP (tháng 10/2026)
- Về các lỗ hổng nghiêm trọng của PHP được công bố vào tháng 10/2026 (CVE-2026-109618, CVE-2026-109619): Atsumari Note không sử dụng PHP nên không bị ảnh hưởng.
